PT2Excel is an out-of-network provider with all insurances. This means PT2Excel does NOT bill your insurance directly, but will provide you with all necessary documentation for you to submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. Every insurance company and plan is different, so we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for our services. Most of our patients have insurance and many of them get reimbursed for a portion of our services.
Why is this BETTER for you?
Most clinics bill your insurance an average of $350 for a 40min session. If you haven’t met your deductible, this bill is passed on to you until you’ve met your deductible. This happens regardless of your Co-Pay and often results in an unanticipated bill at the end of treatment. Insurances also limit the number of visits you can have before you have to pay out of pocket to continue your care anyway. Many insurances also restrict physical therapy care to one body part at a time rather than treating the body as a whole or allowing us to treat multiple injuries at once (saving time and $). Not being in-network with any insurance company allows us the freedom to give you the best treatment for your whole body without those limitations. Many of our clients actually save money seeing us, because we treat our clients for a full hour once per week rather than a 40min session 2-3 times per week like other clinics in the area. The result is that our patients get better faster with a lot less time taken out of their lives to travel to and from their appointments.
You can also use your Health Savings Account funds for our treatments!
We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Check, and Venmo

What We’re Doing:
1. Cleaning: We continue to use hospital-grade disinfectant to sterilize all the surfaces that patients or their personal items contact after each session. We sweep and Swiffer the hard floors and vacuum and spray the rugs with rubbing alcohol at the end of each day.
2. Air Quality: We have complete control of the temperature and air-flow of our space with a fully contained wall heater. We open the outside door after each patient to allow for fresh air to enter. We are also using an air-purification blend of essential oils, which are diffused into the office all day.
3. Masks: We require masks for clinicians, but optional for patients.
4. Patients: We request that all family members remain in their cars with the exception of a parent being present for an underaged patient.
5. Self Screening: Please reschedule your visit if you have any of the following symptoms:

-Cough-Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
