Natasha Hennings Physical Therapist

Natasha Hennings PT, DPT, OCS

Physical Therapist

I graduated with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013 from Azusa Pacific University. Kaiser Permanente of Southern California’s orthopedic residency was my next step towards excellency in my practice and, in 2015, I earned my Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) title. My pelvic health journey started when I moved to Tacoma, WA in 2017. Since then my practice has grown to mainly pelvic health, with an orthopedic and holistic lens. I have my Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Certification, but I also treat any pelvic health condition in all genders, in addition to chronic pain or orthopedic limitations.

I pride myself as a practitioner who treats holistically; meaning that when you come to see me, we talk about all the possible factors that could be contributing to your symptoms. Our physical bodies are connected to our lifestyle; factors such as sleep, stress, social well-being, activity levels, and nutrition/hydration. I believe one cannot reach their full potential without this approach.

I strive to be kind and empathetic as we work together to find the root cause of your symptoms, improve your mobility, function, and quality of life. I am so excited to walk with you through the process towards reaching your goals.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, traveling, attempting to keep my little house plants alive, and have recently renewed a desire for leisurely reading. Book suggestions welcome!
